Mandy trained as a Colour, Style and Make up Consultant almost 20 years ago and is also a qualified Aromatherapist, Reflexologist and Confidence and Self-Esteem Coach. She has set up several successful businesses and empowered numerous individuals to look and feel amazing inside and out through her varied roles.

How we look and feel effects how others perceive us and can help us to either achieve our goals and dreams or sabotage our efforts. Through Colour Coaching you will learn how to use colours to enhance yours/your clients’ natural beauty, to change yours/their moods, thoughts and emotions. You will learn how to teach your clients to wear, the right colours of clothes, makeup, hair and accessories. You will experience the personal and financial rewards that Colour Coaching brings, whilst helping your clients to look and feel, younger, healthier, vibrant, energetic and more confident and they will love you for it!

I firmly believe that having self confidence and self esteem is the cornerstone to our happiness, without it we are crippled in so many ways and destined to a life of mediocrity.
